Nature is random, diverse and divergent.
But within its disarray, there is always an equilibrium.
Teeming with a world of wisdom.
Upon the grasslands,
The pride feeds their lion king.
Tyrant at first glimpse..
Until usurpers descend,
And with his life, he defends!
Comforts paid with sacrifice.
The great migration,
Herds trampling across the plains,
Shepherded by rains.
Wildebeests, zebra and deer,
All graze and share as equals!
So different, and yet the same.
Dawn on Savannah,
Sun-rays a continent long.
I see what you see.
Same moon and same sun for all.
A world we must heal as one!
Balance.
There is a natural order to life.
To help those who cannot find their path alone.
But to live, is to face the unpredictable.
And in that chaos, lies true balance.
Nature is instinct,
And instinct evolves!
Embracing who one truly is, is never a mistake, even when it goes against the norms.
For in being whole,
We bring balance to us,
And everyone around.

These illustrations of nature are from the homeland, but the essence is for us all.
I hope you enjoy this,
Stay safe, and stay loving.
So well scripted Jude, each tanka complete in itself yet comes together as a beautiful tale.
There is a lot mankind can learn from these animals. They follow an unwritten law, maintain the decorum of the wild and respect nature. At times I feel they are wiser than us humans.

Thank you so much Radhika. Intelligence really isn’t wisdom. It’s just a small part of it.

Nature is by no means plain, even in the vast plains.
The towering glass and steel cities have their own planes.
I enjoy how supposedly simple words like plains and planes can have multiple meanings 😀
Balance is indeed a life key.

American and British English can be a difficult language to master. I haven’t done it! 😀
I’m sure though that other languages have their own challenges too.

In just a few measured phrases you remind me that we are all part of the same vast world, that the appreciation of nature and achieving balance with ourselves is the key to a better existence. I see what you see, Jude.
