Love beginnings #poetry

Colleen’s syllabic challenge

Some people find it easy to fall in love,
Some people have closed their hearts to protect them,
But does anyone truly have a say when it comes to love?

We kissed
Your eyes sparkled
My heart raced to a blaze
The fires awoken
Smelting passions
And fears

We touched
Your hand trembled
Conducting; Conveying
A language unwritten
Feelings unscribed
Riddles

The risk!
That fire burns
That tremors will break me
That love is corrupted
Yet still I try
I stay

The nights
Moist embraces
Needs soothed by pleasure
Gasps that moan out fear
No hopes, no thoughts
Just bliss

This love
Intuited
Our own vernacular
A tongue of emotions
A kiss of souls
Fragile

Can we reject love when it knocks at our door?
And will love eventually impose its karma;
Rejecting us when we think we are finally ready
Is there ever a wrong time to fall in love?

I think we both find and need different kinds of love at different points in our lives. And there can definitely be a wrong time–we must choose if it’s worth the cost. (K)

I always think about if reason and logic are enemies of love. That’s why a parent’s love is considered the most pure because the laws of reason and logic don’t apply to it as much.

Yes that’s very true. And logic and sense would definitely say that’s wrong(me included). but I think Love is complex. it’s a bit different from harmony.
It might have a strong element of chaos, and the laws by which it works still buffle human beings today.

It’s definitely baffling. And undefinable in the end.

I was thinking about that saying as I wrote this, but there are some people who cannot recover or recover so slowly. I particularly thought about the movie ‘les miserables’

I was wondering if anyone knows what happened to Dimepiece Los Angeles celebrity streetwear brand? I seem to be unable to proceed to the checkout on Dimepiecela site. I have read in Cosmopolitan that the brand was acquired by a UK hedge fund for $50 m. I’ve just bought the Dimepiece Fire & Desire Case Mate Tough Phone Cases from Ebay and absolutely love it xox
