Hey everyone,
Welcome to the 30th edition of The Saturday Symphony. This is a monthly feature with its roots in giving back to the blogging community.
This July, we acknowledge the things we believe in.

Faith is seeing the light,
when all your eyes see is darkness
Faith comes in different guises
The belief in eternity
The strength of will
The trust in people
and ‘Reactions for every action’
But to live a faithless life
is to live at the whims of darkness
And yet not all faith leads to the light…
Oh to dream and glimpse what could be
To sniff nuggets of the future
and taste possibility
To hold on
and brandish hope against your demons
Wading disappointment and depression
Gliding on currents of trust
Always swimming
Working to a better horizon
Believing

Where oh where must I find my deepest faith
In a prayer at the edge of doom
In a song at the end of hope
In me when all others have failed
Or in you, for you have never failed me
and yet you may not always be hereโฆ
It is said that Karma comes to all
but many times we do not see this
many times it rewards and punishes unjustly
And so still I wonder
Where oh where must I put my deepest faith?

PONDEROUS THOUGHT Prompt

Where is the darkness
Where does my soul find home?
For darkness need not be evil
If the light within does not go out.
